Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is a detailed cleaning service designed for properties being prepared for a move. It may be used before settling into a new home or after belongings have been removed from a previous home.
Does the home need to be empty?
An empty or mostly empty property may allow easier access to floors, edges, cabinets, and other areas. If belongings will still be present, let us know when requesting your estimate.
Can you clean inside cabinets?
Yes. Inside empty cabinets and drawers start at $50+, while occupied cabinets and drawers start at $75+, depending on the scope of work.
Can you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?
Yes. An empty refrigerator is $40, a refrigerator containing food is $55, inside oven cleaning is $45, and the oven-and-refrigerator combination is $75. Heavy oven grease or buildup may cost $65+.
Do you provide PCS cleaning for military families?
Yes. We also offer a PCS & Move-Out Cleaning service created for military families relocating to or from Sheppard Air Force Base.
Can I add garage cleaning?
Yes. A garage sweep-out is available for $40, and garage sweep-and-mop service starts at $60+.
